Just dial the PAL customer helpline at 1 (800) 435-9725 & state your request for cancellation. Provide your booking confirmation number & last name and bank details for cancellation fees, if any. 

From the PAL Ticket Office

The third option is to head to the Philippine ticket office & request a cancellation.

As stated above, the refund terms depend upon the type of tickets as discussed below: 

Avail Full Refundable Fares

As stated, if the fare classes are Economy Flex & Business Flex tickets, you are eligible for a complete refund. Also, you may have to pay a cancellation fee if they are used at all. This is applicable to Economy Saver, Premium Economy & Business Value fares. 

For Non-refundable Fares

According to Philippine Airlines terms & conditions, even if you have used a part of the tickets you purchased, you will not be eligible to get the refund amount. These are applicable Business Value (if partially used), Premium Economy (if partially used), Economy Saver (if partially used), & Economy Supersaver.

• Lastly, if you have originally made booking via third-party travel agent, you have to contact them directly to make a cancellation or to process the refund request. 

How Much Is Philippine Airlines Cancellation Fee?

As stated above, along with the refund, the cancellation fee will depend upon the type of ticket fare purchased, flight routes, & other factors. 

To give an example, if the flights are from the USA to the Philippine, then there won’t be any fee if the ticket has been unused. Whereas, if it is partially used, the fee is around $250.
