• Once the tickets have been purchased through a travel agency, you must reach out to them directly to request a cancellation and reschedule the flight.

Can You Make A Same-Day Flight Change On Avianca Airlines?

Elite members have the option to advance their flight rather than making a complete flight change. This is possible if you are a Lifemiles elite member - gold, diamond, or silver and only for the domestic routes in Columbia. And you don’t have to pay any additional charge for it. 

Do note that this is not possible if your flight fare is basic or light nor for the life miles red plus members. Also, diamond members have the option to add one companion on the same flight booking. For the same, just head to a booking counter at the airport to request for the change.
